Production Process

1— Pattern making and fabric cutting.

Workers cut fabric according to paper patterns. Raw cloth is cut into standard cap panels and brim materials for follow‑up production.

2— Computerized embroidery.

Logo and patterns are embroidered onto cap panels by computer‑controlled embroidery machines. Custom patterns are accurately stitched onto fabric.

3— Cap panel sewing.

Skilled workers sew separate fabric panels together with industrial sewing machines to form the main cap body.

4— Brim shaping.

The brim is pressed and shaped with special tools to keep its flat, stiff shape.

5— Cap body assembly.

Attach the shaped brim, inner sweatband and back adjustment strap to the sewn cap body.

6— Ironing & shaping.

Finished cap bodies are ironed to remove wrinkles for a neat, smooth appearance.

7— Quality inspection.

Workers check stitching, embroidery and shape. Defective products are picked out.

8— Finished‑product packaging.

Qualified baseball caps are sorted and packed for delivery.
